General submission rules

Authors can submit abstracts for oral presentations. The final presentation type of the accepted abstract is under the discretion of the symposium committees.
Every registered author may present only one abstract but can co-author multiple abstracts.
The abstract must contain original data that has not been published elsewhere or submitted to another scientific meeting.
All abstracts must be prepared and presented in English. It is the author's responsibility to ensure appropriate grammar and spelling.
No tables, charts or graphics shall be included in the abstract.

Authors with abstracts selected for digital posters will receive a scheduled time for a 3 minute flash oral presentation in dedicated poster sessions.
Please prepare an e-poster in pdf format. The e-poster must be on one page, in 16:9 format, landscape orientation.

Animations and videos are not allowed on the poster.
